**Half-Term Violin and Viola Scale Quest**

 

​As teachers, we are always trying to find new ways to encourage our pupils to keep practising their scales.

​

Here is a printable poster designed to invite my violin and viola pupils to explore and engage in really listening to their sound... one of the most important foundations of beautiful string playing. It calls for students to “capture” the most beautiful scale ever heard, and proudly present it in their next lesson.​
